This is mainly to enhance pectorals but if you have other uses for it, NICE! This enhances pectorals to be more rounded and bulging without looking too bulky.

Try adjusting the Lora strength to your desired size. Adding the keywords bara , extreme bulging rounded pectorals would add more intensity for it was trained with those keywords but adding just the trigger word would do just fine.

If you encounter any nipple issues when wearing shirt, just add nipples to your negative prompt. Probably my bad for using man_boobs as the trigger word.
