if you use ADetailer ,the Detection model confidence threshold should be set higher,maybe above 0.8 or 0.86 ,try your best threshold value to avoid making the faces that should be blurry on or inside the background box clear.

if you want get a cute character, try add the prohibited word that starts with "L" and consists of four letters.
