(It still can't do magic and won't work with all prompts.)
To get the most out of this, remember to prompt for what you want to see. This is true for all things involving Stable Diffusion and sounds obvious, but as an example: including "large penis" in your prompt can work against this Lora since seeing a large dick in your image means it's likely not fully...hidden in some place.
