For Text2Img weight up to 0.3. or with ControlNet Openpose or Depth.

ADetailer Denoising Strength up to 0.3 (with frontal pictures, with a side view face the result will vary)

With Upscale Denoising Strength it is better to stay in the 0.1 to 0.3 range.
