I thought it was under-fitting, so I increased the number of steps and trained again. It turned out that it was still the same, although the baseball hat did not exist. But it looked like a police hat, which was very strange, so I changed the prompt word to a stewardess hat, which was a little better. But there is still a slight gap with the training set. (Only three pictures in the training set have hats.) This may be the reason. You can also use the word hat as a prompt, so that the model does not wear a hat.
