Beauty2Cutie Slider is a LoRA that allows you to change the appearance of a character without changing their physical characteristics. It works in most models and for most uses.
Include with a weighting between -1 and +1, with negative values shifting towards "beauty" and positive values shifting towards "cutie".
Pose is slightly overfit but more specific prompting should fix it; it will also shift the style a little away from realism.
