Weights stronger than 0.5 render the watermark, if you don't want it, lowering the weight of the (colth) tag might help;
It might affect penis detailers, in this case, lowering the denoise on it might help;
Double penis might happen, tweaking with the negative prompt helps it;

The tag 'colth' is not a misspell, but an alternative to not override the 'colt' one for other meanings. See test with only 'colth' as prompt:
