For her original outfit use the tags: pikkyhighelf, 1girl, petite, skinny, solo, looking at viewer, green hair, sidelocks, hair between eyes, bangs, long hair, green eyes, breasts, small breasts, pointy ears, elf, shorts, brown shorts, sleeveless, bow, black bow, hair bow, thighhighs, belt, bare shoulders
You can use the tags "cloak, brown cloak" to make her cloak.
Theese prompts are all tags related to her original outfit, If you use theese you will get a pretty accurate result. You can omit some stuff, but I wanted to give all possible tags.
