Suitable for 2D anime style model. Not so suitable for realistic models.
It works by simply enabling LoRA. No extra prompts are necessary.
Sometimes dark hair color (blue, black etc.) may turn brighter (silver, pink). If it happened, deny the hair color (silver hair, pink hair, etc) using Negative prompt or NegPiP extension.
Effect strength can be controlled by LoRA weight. Since default weight (1.0) will be too strong, approximately 0.3 to 0.8 is recommended.
