I suggest using this at 0.7-1.0 weight for best results but make sure to always play around with the weight.
It was generated and only tested using AOM2, AOM3 A1, My Own Mix, OrangeMix VAE and AnythingV3 VAE.
Always add this to the prompt to activate it: sidefellatio, 1boy, penis, fellatio
Sometimes adding from side - can add variations or help with generations.

Known Issues
The girl will sometimes have an elongated neck.
Sometimes - The girl will be facing away from the penis and the penis will be slapping the back of her head LMAO.
Occasionally, the testicles will transform into a second penis.
Sometimes a second mysterious dude will appear trying to make it a threesome and you're like "Why are you here?"
