ERNIE-Image

The 8B open-source text-to-image model from Baidu's ERNIE team · Single-stream DiT + Prompt Enhancer · State of the art among open-source models

01

Strong Prompt Following · Accurate Text Rendering

Handles complex detail constraints, multi-subject relations, and knowledge-dense descriptions with ease. Clear, accurate glyphs across Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean — keeps layout logic and visual organization intact for posters, academic charts, comic panels, and other structured visual tasks. Both capabilities rank #1 among open-source models.

02

Punching Above Its Weight · Runs on Consumer GPUs

At 8B parameters, it outperforms peer open-source models across multiple benchmarks and rivals commercial models like the NanoBanana series. The compact size lets it run directly on a 24GB VRAM consumer GPU, dramatically lowering the bar for research and deployment.

03

Wide Style Coverage · Broad Creative Range

Covers both photorealistic photography and stylized visual expression — anime, manga, cinematic film, storyboard frames, vintage photos and more. Particularly strong on character consistency and emotional expression.

  1. Submitted works must match the campaign theme in style and content; non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
  2. Winners using a system-default avatar or username will not receive the prize.
  3. Submissions must comply with local laws and community guidelines. NSFW, child-related, celebrity, sensitive, or low-quality content will be disqualified.
  4. Any form of cheating to manipulate the campaign statistics is prohibited. Platform statistics are final. Suspicious activity may result in disqualification, and the platform reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
  5. Participants warrant that they hold all legal rights to the submitted works and content, do not infringe any third-party rights, and may use them for this campaign. Any consequences resulting from a breach are the participant's sole responsibility.
  6. Plagiarism of works from this site or other platforms will lead to disqualification. The platform will screen winning entries and welcomes user reports. In principle, if multiple authors submit highly similar creative work and both are shortlisted, the earlier submission wins.
  7. The platform may require participants to provide full proof of content ownership. If a submission is found to be reposted, plagiarized, or otherwise non-original, the platform may take down the content, disqualify the user, reclaim any prizes already issued, or apply other penalties as appropriate.
