Your Activity on Tensor.Art: When you use Tensor.Art, we collect information related to your activity on Tensor.Art, including the content you create, the types of content you view or interact with and how you interact with it, metadata about your content, the Tensor.Art features you use and how you use them, the data you provide when using our Model Training features, the hashtags you use, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities on Tensor.Art.

  3. Pictures You Upload When Using Tensor.Art's Generation Service: We collect pictures you upload when using Tensor.Art's generation service.

  4. Tensor.Art Followers and Other Contacts: We collect information about followers and other users and communities you are connected to or interact with on Tensor.Art. This includes how you interact with these entities and which ones you interact with the most.

  5. Information from Third-Party Services and Users: We collect information about third-party services and third-party users who interact with Tensor.Art. If you interact with Tensor.Art through a third-party service (e.g., by following Tensor.Art users, interacting with Tensor.Art content, or allowing Tensor.Art users to follow you or interact with your content), we collect information such as your third-party account and profile (e.g., your account, avatar, and the name and IP address of the third-party service you registered with), your content (e.g., when you allow Tensor.Art users to follow, like, retweet, or mention your posts), and your interactions (e.g., when you follow, like, retweet, or mention Tensor.Art posts).

(1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any third party outside of Tensor.Art service providers, except for the following circumstances and that we will urge third parties to take appropriate confidentiality and security measures in the process of using your information:

Legally mandated sharing: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, for litigation, dispute resolution, or in response to legal requests from administrative or judicial authorities.

Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your information with third parties once we have obtained your explicit authorization and consent.

Sharing at your choice: When you use Tensor.Art services, we will share necessary information related to transactions or services with the counterparty of your transaction or service based on your choice, to meet your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.

Sharing within affiliated companies: To provide you with products and services based on your Tensor.Art account, recommend information you may be interested in, identify abnormal user accounts, and protect the personal and property safety of affiliated companies or other users or the public from harm, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We only share necessary personal information and are bound by the purposes stated in this policy. If we share your sensitive personal information, or if affiliated companies change the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will seek your consent again.

Sharing with third-party partners: To provide you with services on the Tensor.Art platform, we may partner with third parties to provide certain services. We only share your information for legitimate, justifiable, necessary, specific, and clear purposes stated in this policy. The authorized partners can only access the information necessary for their duties, and we will require them not to use this information for any other purpose through an agreement. We provide your necessary specific information to the third-party partners according to the agreements we separately signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents, and the necessity of specific services.

Currently, our third-party partners include the following types:

  • Content safety review service providers: when conducting content safety reviews, we will provide third-party content safety service providers with the content information you published on the platform and necessary personal information (avatar, nickname) to judge whether the content is legal and compliant.
  • Risk control service providers: to provide you with products and services based on your Tensor.Art account, recommend information you may be interested in, identify abnormal user accounts, protect other users or the public's personal and property safety from harm, your platform account information, name, mobile number, ID number, device information, delivery information, platform operation information, third-party payment information may be shared with our designated security risk control service providers.
  • Living service providers: to provide you with the rights recharge service under the life service function (for example: phone bill recharge, video membership recharge, game recharge, etc.), your rights platform account information will be shared with the designated rights service provider.
  • Advertising-related parties, including service providers, suppliers, and other partners (collectively, "Advertising Partners"), we will share de-identified device information or statistical information with them, which cannot or is difficult to be associated with your real identity. This information helps to monitor advertising, and helps to analyze, measure the effectiveness of advertising and related services. a) Advertisement push and placement: for the push/promotion/recall and placement of advertisements or other advertising-related parties may need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, label/profile information; advertising partners cooperating with advertisers may need to use the aforementioned information to help achieve advertisement placement, optimize advertisement placement effect. b) Advertising statistical analysis: advertising partners providing advertising statistical analysis services may need to use your device, network, advertising clicks, browsing, display, and advertising conversion data, etc., for analysis, measurement, and improvement of the effectiveness of advertising and related services. c) Use of information by advertising partners: we will require advertising partners to follow the principles of legality, justifiability, and necessity in the use of information to protect users' legal rights from being violated.
    We will share necessary data with cooperating third parties through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs). We will carry out strict security impact assessments and security monitoring for cooperating third parties before cooperation. And we will sign a cooperation agreement with the cooperating third party, agreeing that they should protect personal information in accordance with reasonable necessary confidentiality and technical security measures.

(2) Transfer
Unless there is a change in the main body operating Tensor.Art, we will not transfer your personal information to any third party. If a change in the main body operating Tensor.Art leads to the transfer of your personal information, we will strictly require the receiving entity to protect your personal information strictly in accordance with this privacy policy. Otherwise, wewill obtain your consent again.
