By accessing, running, or utilizing these AI Tools, you (User) expressly agree to the following legally binding terms:

The AI Tools are licensed exclusively for use with fictional or non-real character inputs.
Prohibited Use: Any generation involving real persons, celebrities, public figures, or identifiable individuals is strictly prohibited (Out-of-Scope Use).
Compliance: User represents and warrants that all inputs, prompts, and data processed through the AI Tools shall comply with this restriction.
2. Comprehensive Disclaimer of Liability
riiWa (the Creator), alongside the platform tensor.art and/or tensorhub.art and its affiliates, collectively and individually disclaim all liability for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from your use or misuse of the AI Tools.
This disclaimer includes, without limitation, legal claims regarding:
Intellectual Property: Copyright or trademark infringement.
Personality Rights: Right of publicity violations, defamation, or the creation of unauthorized deepfakes.
Privacy and Safety: Privacy violations or any harm caused by outputs generated by the AI Tools.
3. Absolute Assumption of Risk
The AI Tools are provided AS IS without warranties of any kind.
User Responsibility: Your actions and the resulting outputs generated by these AI Tools are solely your own. Any Out-of-Scope Use further releases riiWa and tensor.art and/or tensorhub.art from any and all liability. The Creator bears no responsibility for outputs generated from prohibited inputs.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless riiWa, tensor.art and/or tensorhub.art, and their respective affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the AI Tools or your violation of these terms.
5. Governing Law and Acceptance
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with International Law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in a competent jurisdiction recognized under international legal standards.
BY USING THESE AI TOOLS ON TENSOR.ART AND/OR TENSORHUB.ART, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS, RUN, OR USE THE AI TOOLS.
