As recently as 2329, the Inumon Galactic Shipyards built the Kumari series of starships as the premier battlecruisers of the United Colonial Navy. Load points. She was built with the heaviest armor ever installed on a UC ship as well as a prototype phased shield generator, making her the strongest ship ever produced by IGS. The Kumari was designed as a heavy cruiser to serve as a weapons support ship during fleet operations or as an independent heavy destroyer. She is built around state-of-the-art Andorian technology for planetary and system scanning, target acquisition, and the coveted graviton particle accelerator jump drive. She provides ample amenities for a regular crew of 18 to 30, including a mess hall, crew quarters, battle station CIC and brig module. The Justice is the newest battlecruiser in the series, last displaying her capabilities at the Battle of Key Island, where she, along with the UC Vigilance, destroyed 13 Crimson Fleet ships.
