Base models that i recommend :
Wai-Illus : This is the most similiar look ive gotten with the MV style though a bit dissapointing
Anicore XL : This model often makes the style into a painting <- my favorite (though to my knowledge its only avalaible in tensor)

To control the light volume there is : dim light/bright light/dark light
To control the POV theres : front view/side view/back view

My recommendation is to generate in landscape
