Depending on the model, the LoRA can be inconsistent. You may need to experiment or just try again.
Hand weirding will infect your images despite your best efforts.
The LoRA was trained on images of men only but it actually seems to work with women when using '1girl, breasts'.
As usual, Hires. fix is recommended and ADetailer for face or hands can sometimes be useful.
