Trigger for the pose: 1girl, 2boys, double penetration, multiple penises
The above are the basic elements of the pose, but you may want to add more, especially if a particular seed or combination with other loras make it harder to get the pose, add one or more of these: from behind, looking back, gangbang, multiple boys, out of frame, etc. Describing male characteristics may help in making males visible.
Note: this model works better with a square aspect ratio (e.g. 512x512). It is not as effective when using other aspect ratios. I included some non cherry-picked example grids for different aspect ratios. As always, I recommend using hires fix as well.
