• I turn on SDXL Refiner, and select VAE: sdxl_vae.safetensors (optional).

• Using ✔ADetailer extension for great faces on full body shots.

  ADetailer settings (I recommend) :

• Detection model confidence threshold: 0.7

• Inpaint mask blur: 1

• Denoising Strength: 0.5
