If you want to look aside, put "armpits" in the prompt.
Some models may have more arms, in which case, add "extra arms" to the negative.
Recommended Parameters are as follows.
weights: 1.0
prompts: washing body, holding sponge, sponge, soap bubbles, (armpits)
negative: extra arms ,crossed arms,
