How (not) to fix eyes: 1st picture is ADetailer, 2nd is manual inpaint+hires which changed the entire face, 3rd is original, 4th is the better one from lots of hires and combined hires+ADetailer attempts, rest are various eye loras; sometimes model can't handle eyes at medium distance and when not looking at viewer, personally I find ADetailer the only acceptable solution at least for this example.
