So, what about something deeper? You have to learn to make peace with yourself. Don't fight yourself. Even if it feels like countless eyes are watching you, acknowledge your nervousness and anxiety. Anxiety is anxiety, it’s normal. Why? Because of my past experiences and because of my current self, I am already a little nervous. As you gain more experience and continue to perform in public, you will become more and more comfortable, and then, naturally, you will no longer be nervous.
