Hell (Inferno) wars,
In 219 BC, Rome occupied Saguntum on the Iberian Peninsula, drove out the pro-Carthaginian old regime, and made it its own colony. Hannibal, the Carthaginian commander-in-chief, decides to take revenge on Rome. But this time, the strategy is unique.

Based on northern Sicily, which was Carthage's territory at the time, Rome was only about 100 kilometers away by sea. However, Hannibal chose a strategy of taking a huge detour by land route. He would first attack Saguntum, and from there he would march another 1,000 kilometers overland, cross the Alps, and then descend another 1,000 kilometers along the foot of the Apennine Mountains to attack Rome from behind.
