He worked as a (Wrangler) a bounty-hunter for super-humans, eventually getting hired as a jails-men at an Ultra-Max correctional facility for the super-powered. Dice never revealed his true powers, which but not limited to are: Hyper-Empath his body sub-atomically and automatically absorbs and stores negatively charged electrons from emotional out-put. Negative Intent Sensory, can discharge Neg. electrons that pushes apart positive charged protons creating cut like effects and burn slashes from the intense friction it causes. Can block proton blasts. Can draw upon ones negative energy turning a hostile individual docile. Draw back is he becomes all the more aggressive in behavior and can enter in an evil berserker mode if he doesn't expel the excess amount of energy if rapidly consumed, which is why he wears a regulator usually on his left hand to keep this unstable energy in check.
