A messy and creative junk journal belonging to a slightly unhinged boheiman artist. The journal is a hand-bound collection of unevenly sized pages, with corners curling from use and smudges of paint and glitter on the covers. The pages are filled with sketches and handwritten notes. the overall vibe of the journal should be vintage and creative, pages will have been made out of other books, envelopes, scrapbooking paper, vellum, all of varying sizes. no page is the same. the different page textures and patterns help to add visual clutter to the book.
On one page, there’s a whimsical sketch of a train travelling through mountains. the page has a few handwritten notes. "train to luxembourg", "6 a.m." along with a train ticket and some other items she collected on the train.
Another page features a collage of polaroids which feature a blue eye ginger haired girl with a fringe at various tourist sites or more casually her hotel or a cafe. the polaroids have been labelled with cute phrases, or the place, or her coffee order, ect.
Loose scraps are tucked into the journal, like letters from home or photographs of her family and friends, playbills, art gallery tickets, general travel 'junk'.
