This anime was in my todo list and I forgot about it, but @aileimu requested her so I trained her as best as I could. She's Nihilo from the anime Ishura. I watched it and I liked it, the production is good, so if she catches your eye give it a try, she's the fanservice. This is the same training as my Pony version.

The red eyelashes are optional, I didn't notice until I was tagging.

The outfit is:

white collared shirt, sleeveless, off shoulder, black open coat, center frills, wine bowtie, red brooch, black corset, black short shorts, black gloves, black boots

I made her token hungry in exchange of flexibility. Have wine as negative if the bowtie makes a bottle or glass appear, but it only happened once.
