These terms and conditions for Tensor.Art.Art Memberships govern your purchase and use of a Tensor.Art Membership, which is a subscription that renews automatically (the “Program” or “Tensor.Art Membership”) offered by Tensor.Art, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates (“Tensor.Art” or “we”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions for Tensor.Art Membership and the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein (collectively, the "Tensor.Art Membership Terms").

1. How Tensor.Art membership Work

Tensor.Art membership services include 1-day experience, 30 days, and 90 days. The validity period is calculated from the date when the membershipship service is activated. Please note that the 300 daily credits provided with membership are refreshed daily and cannot be accumulated. For example, if you used 200 daily credits yesterday, they will automatically reset to 300 the following day. The 100 unused credits from the previous day cannot be carried over. If you want to continue to enjoy the Tensor.Art membership service after the validity period expires, you can continue your membership through purchase again. You understand and agree that the membership account of Tensor.Art is bound to your personal account, and it is not allowed to provide the membership account to others without the permission of Tensor.Art.
In order to improve user experience, Tensor.Art will update and modify Tensor.Art memberships and/or their related services, functions, interfaces, etc., including developing new functions and deleting old functions. Unless otherwise specified, the changed services and functions still apply to the relevant provisions of this agreement.
After the service is opened, the user shall save and use its user name and password carefully and reasonably, and shall not lend the account registered in Tensor.Art to others for use, otherwise the user shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom, and Tensor.Art shall in this case You have the right to make independent judgments, and may take measures such as suspending or closing the user's participation qualifications.
You understand and agree that in order to ensure that you fully enjoy Tensor.Art membershipship services and prevent you from missing membership membershipship benefits, Tensor.Art may send you relevant event information and other necessary information through messages, notifications, SMS calls, etc.
You guarantee that you shall abide by the principle of honesty and credit in the process of obtaining and using Tensor.Art membershipship services. If Tensor.Art reasonably suspects that you have any of the following circumstances, you may face the rejection of the application for opening Tensor.Art membershipship services and the opened Tensor.Art membershipship service. Tensor.Art membership services are terminated or suspended, bound or acquired Tensor.Art membership benefits are all/partially canceled or suspended, and you should not request a refund of paid membershipship service fees (if any):
a) Opening Tensor.Art membership services through any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith, such as maliciously bypassing the normal activation process
b) Provide your membershipship account to others
c) Other violations of the principle of good faith judged by Tensor.Art3. Canceling Your Tensor.Art membership
After the validity period of the Tensor.Art membership service you purchased expires, if you do not purchase again or re-open it, the Tensor.Art membership service will be terminated and the corresponding membershipship rights will become invalid.
You should understand that using Tensor.Art membership services in accordance with this agreement and related rules, respecting restrictions on the use of Tensor.Art membership services, and performing obligations in accordance with this agreement are the prerequisites for you to use Tensor.Art membership services. If you violate the relevant provisions of this agreement, Tensor.Art The company will choose to suspend, terminate or cancel this agreement according to your actual breach of contract.
You understand and confirm that,as the service consideration for the membershipship service fee you paid, once the Tensor.Art membershipship is activated and enters the current service validity period, the entire set of membershipship software products and systems invested and built by Tensor.Art based on the Tensor.Art membershipship system will be delivered immediately and take effect. And continue to provide Tensor.Art membership rights content, the overall cost and effort paid by Tensor.Art for this is inseparable. You should not request a refund of part or all of the membershipship service fee if the membershipship service of Tensor.Art is terminated or suspended due to the following circumstances:
a) You do not use the corresponding membershipship benefits in time due to your own reasons, or voluntarily give up the use of membershipship benefits
b) Tensor.Art cancels your account and terminates your Tensor.Art membership in accordance with the "Terms of Service" and this agreement
c) You claim against Tensor.Art to voluntarily withdraw from Tensor.Art membership due to normal changes in rights, services, and functions that occur during the business operation of Tensor.Art membership
d) Because of your violation of laws and regulations or this agreement, fraudulent or abuse of Tensor.Art memberships' rights, behaviors that damage Tensor.Art's interests or harm other users constitute a fundamental violation of this Agreement, resulting in the inability to continue to perform the Agreement and terminate it ofThe termination of this agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of you and Tensor.Art based on this agreement before the termination. If your personal actions cause damage to Tensor.Art's reputation, Tensor.Art has the right to require you to publish a statement on public media to eliminate the impact.
4. Disclaimer
You understand that Tensor.Art will do its best to ensure that the service and the technology and information involved are safe, effective, accurate and reliable, but limited by the existing technology and limited service capabilities of Tensor.Art, the contract caused by the following reasons You understand that Tensor.Art cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by performance obstacles, defects, delays or content changes:
a) Due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, terrorist attacks, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc.
b) Due to technical adjustments or failures of the telecommunications sector, communication network failures and other public service factors
c) The software, system, hardware and communication lines of the user's own equipment fail, or the user uses the service in a way not agreed under this agreement;
d) Tensor.Art has been managed in good faith, but emergency equipment/system failure/maintenance, network information and data security, etc.Based on the principles of consistency between income and compensation, fairness and reasonableness, if Tensor.Art membership services are interrupted abnormally or the service is unavailable due to Tensor.Art, the maximum compensation you may receive shall not exceed the amount actually received by Tensor.Art under this agreement. 5. Other
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms of this agreement signed between you and Tensor.Art cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Tensor.Art, and the existing agreement cannot fully guarantee that it meets the needs of future development. Tensor.Art may modify this agreement from time to time according to changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain service order and protect user rights and interests. The changed agreement (hereinafter referred to as "changes") will notify you through statutory or agreed procedures and take effect according to law.
Tensor.Art may provide specific users with different membershipship trials or other temporary membershipship services. Unless otherwise stated in the specific service, such trial or temporary membership services are subject to this service agreement. Trial users may at any time (via your account) choose not to be a membership of Tensor.Art at the end of the trial period.
Tensor.Art's failure to insist or force you to strictly abide by this agreement does not constitute a waiver of any rights.
